I. Recruitment positions:

1. Technical workers: (electrician, metalworker, machine repairer): 300.

•Probationary salary: from 1,100,000 riels/month.

•Skill assessment after 2 months of probation: from 1,200,000 riels/month.

2. Banana, pineapple, mango production workers. Grass production workers and calf care workers: 5,000.

II. Income and support system:

Income:

+ Probationary salary for 2 months: from 900,000 riels.

+ Skill assessment after 2 months of probation: from 980,000 riels/month.

+ Skill evaluation, monthly salary increase: Grade 1: 1,060,000 riel - Grade 2: 1,150,000 riel - Grade 3: 1,230,000 riel.

Work regime:

1) Pay salary in 2 installments/month

2) There is regular skill training, with the opportunity to advance to the manager level.

3) Receive an annual stipend of 1 to 2 months of salary according to the results of the job evaluation.

III. Selection requirements:

• Male/female, aged 18 to 45.

• Can read and write.

• Be healthy, hardworking, and have a good work ethic.

• Technical staff: Priority given to those with experience, a bachelor's degree, and skills.

IV. Benefits and Security:
